Caltex, marketed by Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), continues to expand its network with a new retail site owned by the Olivarez family within a 40-hectare township development at Turbina, Laguna.

Sitting strategically at the frontline of the township, the new Caltex site in Olivarez Plaza aims to make its services and products easily accessible with six pumps that can cater to 12 vehicles at any given time, ensuring quick and safe fuel stops.

Caltex brand ambassador Dingdong Dantes joined the ribbon cutting ceremony and greeted motorists at the station. Those who fueled up to a full tank had the pleasure of taking a free photo op with the celebrity.

“Caltex is a company that really looks after its customers, and I commend them for being so committed to making their products and services accessible to every Filipino that needs it. It has been a great day here at Turbina, Laguna and it was a pleasure joining the event and being with everyone here,” shared Dingdong.

Motorists can stop by to quench their thirst and dine in various food outlets and restaurants around the Caltex station. Additionally, the Olivarez Plaza will soon serve as a one-stop-shop for motorists as it will be the site of an activity and convention center, a grocery store, a mall and a bus terminal.

“We’re very happy with Caltex. They have helped us all throughout this process from day one to this day. I’d like to thank Caltex for entrusting us to be part of the Caltex family and to represent the brand. We will carry this with pride and we will make sure that Caltex will also take pride in this station at Olivarez Plaza, Calamba. For all the residents and passing motorists in the area, we welcome you and we hope you can visit this site during your journeys,” said Paolo Olivarez, owner and operator of the retail site.

Turbina, Calamba is a vital crossroad for the transportation sector with commercial and private traffic from the growth area of CALABARZON. It is also a vital tourism link to popular spots in Southern Luzon.

“Caltex strives to continuously expand its network across the country. We’ll continue to open more sites across the country to fulfill Caltex’s mission of providing ever-cleaner, reliable and affordable energy to Filipinos. This site in Turbina, Laguna is the second station that we’ve opened this year and we hope to open more in 2024,” said Billy Liu, CPI country chairman.
