You must be creative in the use of photos, graphics and videos to start conversations. These will come with captions which must be clearly and concisely written. Hunger for news and trends is a plus. Being customer service-oriented will avert rebellions. Empathize but don’t be afraid to say no. No hiding behind a desk. We’ll lock you out to tweet, post and instagram about events. We’re big on analytics so tell us the stories behind the data. On top of these, you must be organized, a multi-tasker, faster than a speeding cursor, and able to finish tall tasks in a single day.
