Being customer service-oriented will avert rebellions. Empathize but don’t be afraid to say no. No hiding behind a desk. We’ll lock you out to tweet, post and instagram about events. We’re big on analytics so tell us the stories behind the data. On top of these, you must be organized, a multi-tasker, faster than a speeding cursor, and able to finish tall tasks in a single day.
